For those that would rather read than watch video:

WARNING:10 Things Soccer Trainers DO NOT Want You To Know

1) You DO NOT need an English accent to be a TOP soccer trainer
2) Fun, not winning is the number one ingredient of youth soccer
3) 73% of kids quit their childhood sport by age 13 because it ceases
    to be fun
4) A soccer trainer's ability to be creative, imaginative and think
like a kid is must in youth soccer
5) Being able to juggle a soccer ball 500 times does not make you
    a good soccer player
6) Footwork, although important, is not the only thing a soccer player
needs to become a good player
7) Encouraging mistakes allows soccer players to keep on practicing
and not be afraid to be creative or fail
8) Focusing on fundamentals, not winning or losing develops long
    term success
9) Educating soccer parents on the merits of long term development,
not quick fixes by kick & run style soccer to get instant wins
10) No matter how great a kid of 9 or 10 years may be, he or she may
be a mediocre soccer player by the age of 13 or 14
